Corn Tortilla Chips
1 Cup Refried Beans fresh or canned (if canned, make sure they are G.F.)
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (some pre-shredded Cheese is not G.F. Cabot's Cheese is G.F.)

Place Chips on a large oven proof plate. Drop beans by Tablespoons on top of chips. Sprinkle Cheese on top of the refried beans.
Place in a 350 degree oven and bake until Cheese melts. ( Let Mom Or Dad help with the Oven)

** You can also add Taco Meat to these tasty Nachos for a 
combination Nacho.

*** Toppings****
Tomatoes
Hot Sauce
Guacamole
Jalapeno Peppers ( For Dad)
Sour Cream

*** Homemade Refried beans
1 Cup of cooked Pinto Beans
In a well greased Cast Iron Skillet place Beans. Cook over med. heat. Mash and stir with a fork and until bean are smooth and thick.

**** Homemade Tortilla Chips (make sure mom or dad helps with this)
Corn Tortillas
Corn Oil or Crisco Shortening
Cut tortillas into triangles. Place in hot corn oil and cook till crisp. Drain on a paper towel.
